Incorrectly Supplied Parts
At BOFI Racing, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction with every order. In the event that we have incorrectly supplied the products you ordered, we have established a clear policy for resupplying the correct items and handling return costs.
Incorrect Products
If you receive an incorrect product, we will take responsibility for resupplying the correct item at our expense. Additionally, we will reimburse the return carriage costs incurred during the return process.

Reimbursement Process
The reimbursement for return carriage costs will be issued as a credit note in the form of store credit. To facilitate this process, we require the following:
Proof of carriage costs to be sent to hello@bofiracing.com.
Your original order number.
A photo of the incorrect parts received.
Providing this information will allow us to expedite the replacement of your parts.
Return Conditions
To ensure a smooth return process, please adhere to the following conditions:
Parts must not be fitted.
Items should be in their original packaging.
Products must be undamaged and in a resellable condition.
If any of these conditions are not met, a 15% restocking fee will be applied to your return.
