Creating a Return

At BOFI Racing, we strive to make the process of purchasing parts as seamless as possible. We understand that there may be instances where you need to return items. This document outlines our returns policy, including the conditions for returns, the process for returning items, and important information regarding refunds.

Return Conditions

All returns must meet the following criteria:

  • Items must be in their original packaging.

  • Items must not be installed.

  • Items must be in a re-sellable condition.

Please include a note in the package stating the reason for the return and your order number to help us identify your order.

  • Checkout error

  • Faulty/damaged

  • Parts missing

  • Item not as described

  • Wrong item received

  • No longer needed

  • Arrived too late

  • Unwanted gift

  • Other

Returns Within the UK

Packages Under 61 x 46 x 46cm or 20kg

For packages that meet the size and weight criteria, you can return your parcel using our Royal Mail portal:

  1. Go to our returns portal at royalmail.com.

  2. Enter your order number, the product SKUs, and the reason for your return.

  3. Confirm the weight and size of your package.

  4. Click the ‘Create your label’ button.

  5. Download, print, and attach the label to your return package. If you do not have access to a printer, Royal Mail can assist you.

  6. Take the package to your nearest Post Office branch or Royal Mail Service Point.

Once we receive your return, we will notify you and process any refunds within 5 working days. Please note that the refund value will be less the return shipping cost, which is currently £5 ex VAT.

Packages Over 61 x 46 x 46cm or 20kg

If you wish to return an item that exceeds the specified dimensions or weight, please send the goods to the following address using the courier of your choice:

Returns Outside of the UK

For parcel returns from outside the UK, customers must organise their own shipping to the address above.

Damage During Transit

BOFI Racing is not liable for damage to items during return shipping. Customers must ensure all items are properly packaged and delivered safely. If an item is damaged in transit it will be returned to you without a refund.
