Parts are Missing or Damaged

At BOFI Racing, we strive to ensure that our customers receive their orders in perfect condition. However, in the event of incomplete or damaged deliveries, we have established a clear policy to address these situations effectively.

Policy on Incomplete or Damaged Deliveries

If the goods you receive are incomplete or have been damaged during transit, we will replace the product at no additional cost to you. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to resolve any issues promptly.

Replacement Parts

To organise replacement parts, please contact our customer service team stating your order number along with a clear photograph of both the shipping box and its contents. This information will help us assess the situation more effectively and expedite the resolution process.

Refunds

In the case that you require a refund, the products in question must be returned. We will reimburse the cost of the product. However, please note that the original carriage or return costs will not be refunded. Please see our guide on Creating a Return.

Partial Refunds

At our discretion, we may offer you a partial refund if you choose to keep the damaged parts. This option allows you to retain the product while still receiving some compensation for the inconvenience.

Notification of Damaged Deliveries

It is essential that you inform us of any damaged deliveries within 72 hours of receipt. Unfortunately, we cannot accept responsibility for damage to goods reported beyond this timeframe.
