Order Collection Process

Customers can collect their orders by prior arrangement with our customer service team. To initiate this process, please contact our team directly. A coupon code will be required to select the Local Pickup option at checkout.

When can I collect my order

Please be aware that orders may not always be ready for immediate collection. This situation can arise when items are out of stock and need to be sourced from our suppliers.

All items are in stock

If all purchased items are in stock, the order can be collected immediately upon confirmation.

Some items are out of stock

In the event that any items are out of stock, a member of our customer service team will reach out to you via email or phone to inform you when all items are in stock and your order is ready for collection.

Customers may collect their orders during the following opening hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 09:00 to 17:00

  • Excluding public holidays
