Modifying or Adding Parts to an Order
At BOFI Racing, our primary goal is to ensure that our customers receive the correct parts in the most cost-effective manner possible. We understand that there may be instances where modifications to an order are necessary, whether it be adding or removing parts. This document outlines the procedures for making such changes to your orders.
Adding Parts to Your Order
Orders within the UK
For customers within the UK, we offer a complimentary shipping code that allows you to combine your orders. To obtain this code, please contact our customer service team and provide your original order number. It is important to note that partial shipments cannot be accommodated for orders that are pending combination.
We reserve the right to refuse adding new parts to orders for larger items that cannot be shipped in their original packaging. In such cases, you will need to place a new order.
International Orders
For international orders, our customer service team is available to assist you in adding items to your original order. Please reach out to us with a detailed list of the parts you wish to add, and we will provide you with a payment link for the additional items along with any extra shipping costs that may apply.
Changes to an order can only be made once, so please ensure all additional parts are included in one transaction. Further changes must be placed as a new order.
Removing Parts or Making Other Changes
If you need to remove parts from your order or make other modifications, such as changing the delivery address or swapping to alternative products, please contact our customer service team for assistance. We are here to help you with any changes you may require.
