An Item is Out of Stock

At BOFI Racing, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible service and products. However, there may be instances when an ordered item is out of stock. This document outlines our policy regarding such situations and the steps we take to ensure customer satisfaction.

There are several reasons why an item may be out of stock, including but not limited to:

• Discontinuation by the supplier

• Warehouse stock discrepancies

• Damage incurred during transit

In the event that an item is out of stock, BOFI Racing is committed to providing a satisfactory resolution. We will aim to supply an equivalent or better alternative at no additional cost, provided it is deemed reasonable to do so.

If we are unable to supply a suitable alternative, we offer the following options to our customers:

• An upgrade to a higher-quality item at a discounted price

• The option to remove the out-of-stock item from the order

In every situation where an item is out of stock, we will proactively reach out to you to discuss and identify the most suitable solution to meet your requirements.
