Track an Order
This document outlines the shipping and tracking policies for orders placed with BOFI Racing. It provides essential information regarding order statuses, tracking details, and delivery options to ensure a smooth shopping experience for our customers.
Shipping Policy
Orders within the UK exceeding £30 excluding VAT—and all international orders—are shipped using tracked services. For orders within the UK that are under £30 excluding VAT, customers have the option to select untracked shipping via post. However, it is important to note that these untracked services still provide delivery confirmation.
Tracking Information
Tracking information is sent to the email address provided at the time of order placement. Customers who have created an account with us can conveniently track their completed orders on the My Account page.

The My Account page will display the following details for each order:
Delivery provider
Tracking number
Shipped date
A button linking to the tracking information
Order Statuses
Understanding the status of your order is crucial. Below are the different order statuses you may encounter:
Processing: This status indicates that all items are in stock and the order is queued for shipping.
Waiting for Stock: This status means that one or more items are currently out of stock and are expected to arrive from a supplier. Once all items are available, the order will transition to Processing and enter the shipping queue.
Completed: This status signifies that the order has been shipped and is on its way to the delivery address.
Estimated Dispatch Dates
An estimated dispatch date is provided at the time of order placement and can be found on the My Account page, located above the subtotal. If your order is waiting for stock, we will send email updates with estimates regarding when your parts are expected to arrive at our warehouse. Should there be any changes to the estimated dates, we will notify you via email.
Direct Supplier Shipments
For parts that are shipped directly from the supplier, please be aware that a tracking number may not always be available, and estimated delivery dates cannot be provided.
